Ivana Spencer
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
MSN, APRN, PMHNP, NC-BC

Hello, I’m Ivana Spencer, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and the founder of Grounded Sis, LLC.
I provide compassionate, patient-centered psychiatric care through a holistic approach, supporting the whole person: mind, body, and spirit. My clinical focus includes BIPOC mental health, women’s mental health, and adolescent care. I work with individuals from diverse backgrounds who are seeking affirming, integrative support on their mental health journey.
I earned my master’s degree from Chamberlain University and bring over six years of psychiatric nursing experience to my practice. I am deeply committed to creating a safe, empowering, and judgment-free space where healing can take place.
At Grounded Sis Integrative Psychiatry & Wellness, I believe mental health care should feel safe, supportive, and personal—not clinical or disconnected.
I specialize in supporting women and adolescents as they navigate life transitions, emotional challenges, and conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and perinatal mental health concerns. My goal is simple: to ensure you feel seen, heard, and supported—never rushed, dismissed, or reduced to a diagnosis.
You don’t have to navigate this season alone. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected, I’m here to listen and support you with compassion and care. When you’re ready for a more grounded, peaceful path forward, I invite you to reach out. Healing is possible, and we can take the next steps together.

Our Approach:
We take an integrative, whole-person approach to mental health care.
This means we look beyond symptoms to understand the full picture-your lifestyle, stressors, hormones, environment, and personal experiences.
Care may include:
-
Thoughtful psychiatric evaluation and medication management
-
Holistic lifestyle support (sleep, nutrition, stress regulation, labs, supplements)
-
Trauma-informed and patient-centered care
-
Collaborative, culturally inclusive
-
Brief supportive therapy
We believe healing happens when clinical expertise meets compassion.
